The staff were helpful so that was acceptable I guess
The room lacked USB sockets which is annoying given how many guests use them I could not properly control the heating since the thermostat looked very old There was also no dustbin in the room just a small one in the bathroom

The hotel location is excellent, allowing easy walks or access by car, bus, or train. The staff was lovely, providing recommendations for local spots. My room was super clean and cozy. I would certainly book here again for my next trip to the city!!!
There was no water to drink in rooms. I had to buy it at the bar or drink from the sink. It's inconvenient.

The room had a lovely big bed and was warm, clean, and well-kept throughout my visit. I appreciated the coffee and tea-making options available directly in the room. The bathroom facilities were modern and the powerful shower was refreshing.

cold roomworn carpets
the room was quite cold. two plug-in heaters were the only source of heat, and there was no heating in the bathroom. the body wash pump also did not function. carpets looked old and worn.
